Diver Peter Waterfield has become the latest participant to pull out of England's CWG team.
The 29-year-old follows cyclists Geriant Thomas, Russell Downing, Ian Stannard and Ben Swift and triple-jumper Phillips Idowu in withdrawing amid fears over safety and hygiene concerns.
Injury had ruled out athletes Christine Ohuruogu, Lisa Dobriskey and Tasha Danvers.
