Southern Peach Cooler

Ingredients
>> Maker's Mark Bourbon 1 part
>> DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps Liqueur 3/4 part
>> Sweet and sour mix
>> Orange juice
>> Lime soda


Method
>> Combine ingredients except lime soda in a mixing tin and shake vigorously with no ice. Pour over ice into a tall glass and top it with the lime soda. Garnish with an orange and a lime wedge.

Pomme de Tomato and Celery

Ingredients
>> White rum 60 ml
>> Fresh apple 1
>> Tomato juice 100 ml
>> Salt 10 gm
>> Lime wedge 1
>> Celery 1 stick (to garnish)

Method
>> Blend all the ingredients together.
>> Garnish with celery stick.
>> Serve chilled.

Earth Cooler — Cucumber and Mint

Ingredients
>> Vodka 60 ml
>> Fresh cucumber 1
>> Fresh mint 10 gm
>> Lime juice 15 ml
>> Salt 10 gm
>> Water 100 ml

Method
>> Blend all the ingredients together.
>> Serve chilled.

Sauza Exotic Kiwi Crush

Ingredients
>> Large kiwis, cleaned and peeled 2
>> Fresh lime juice
>> Sauza Tequila ½ cup
>> Fine sugar ½ cup
>> Crushed ice

Method
>> Combine the kiwi, Sauza Tequila, sugar and lime juice in a blender. Add ice cubes and blend until it gets smooth. Pour cocktail in a glass and garnish with a kiwi.

The Blind Tiger Shaken

Ingredients
>> Tai basil leaves 6
>> Ginger syrup 7 ml
>> Fresh pressed pineapple juice 45 ml
>> Havana Club 3-year-old rum 60 ml

Method
>> Add all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
>> Using a hawthorn strainer, strain and pour contents over fresh ice cubes in a glass. Garnish with Tai basil sprig.
