The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) was allocated $422,000 from ICC's Targeted Assistance and Performance Programme (TAPP)

This was decided at the International Cricket Council (ICC) and ICC Development International (IDI) meeting here April 16-17.

The ICC had earlier in January 2012 introduced a TAPP fund of $12 million to help develop more competitive teams at the highest level by targeting the Full and Associate/ Affiliate Members for assistance. This funding is for the development of ACB’s National Cricket Academy.
