Singer Katy Perry turned down the chance to join "The X Factor" judges panel because she says she is not ready for it and it is too early in her career to be judging other singers.
The 27-year-old says she felt uncomfortable giving her verdict on wannabe singers.u00a0There's not actual paper contracts, but people have been interested in me judging other people.
