Dinner For Schmucks is inspired by the famous French film The Dinner Game, but as the name suggests, it takes you one step ahead of the original and has shown the much awaited dinner with a bunch of incredibly funny schmucks

Says director Jay Roach, "Shooting for the dinner was the most difficult part, we had to shoot for around seven to eight days for the dinner scene. A fair amount of time but because it was the title scene, I wanted it to be the best; I couldn't have shot it just anywhere. Finally we decided to shoot it at the same location as used for Wayne Manor. No other place could have it better."
