An entire song featuring Ranbir Kapoor in Imtiaz Ali's Rockstar has been leaked on the Net. While one knows of instances where spoilers of the film have been splashed on the internet months before the film's release, this is the first case of a 'leak' during the first schedule of the film.
It's a party in Prague: On the sets of Rockstar
Ranbir and the Rockstar unit are in Prague shooting for a song. Portions of the song can already be viewed on YouTube. The song has been shot with a local dance group. It shows the actor dancing with gypsies. He has also shot with a carnival group. Incidentally, director Imtiaz Ali likes to bring in local flavour in all his films.
A major part of the shooting in Prague happened around Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge and the Old Town, which are the popular tourist attractions in the city. The actor's co-star Nargis Fakhri wasn't on the sets.
Bosco-Ceaser, who've worked with Ranbir in the past, have choreographed the song.
In the film, the actor plays a rock singer who reaches the peak of his super stardom and then suffers heartbreak. Large portions of the film are being shot in Prague. The film will also have schedules in Mumbai and Delhi.
