Apart from Blended Learning Programs, Executive Education Programs and Finishing Programs, IoE's flagship India initiatives include the Power Brands Bharatiya Manavata Vikas Puraskar (#BMVP), the Power Brands Bollywood Film Journalists' Awards (#BFJA) and the Power Brands Fitness, Lifestyle & Longevity Awards (#FLLA).
Created in association with Planman Motion Pictures, the BFJA is India's first completely transparent open-ballot Bollywood awards. Winners are chosen by renowned film critics, with every vote displayed publicly online. Awards are announced before the ceremony and presented irrespective of the winners' attendance. Over the years, BFJA has honoured leading cinematic personalities including Vidya Balan, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Shabana Azmi, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta, Ali Fazal, Sanjay Khan and Moushumi Chatterjee, while the FLLA at the BFJA has recognised icons such as Malaika Arora, Sushmita Sen & Raveena Tandon for promoting fitness, style, healthy lifestyles and longevity.
Equally significant is the Bharatiya Manavata Vikas Puraskar (BMVP), a prestigious jury-based honour recognising exceptional contributions to health, education, human development, arts, culture, science and social transformation.

The legacy of BMVP extends much further back. Its Global flagship initiative, the Power Brands London International Forum for Equality (#LIFE), was launched to bring together Prime Ministers, Presidents, Nobel Laureates, business leaders, and policymakers to advocate for a more equal world, including promoting a maximum 3:1 wage ratio between the highest and lowest paid employees. Alongside LIFE, the Global Sports & Entertainment for Equality Awards (#GSEEA) honours personalities from sports and entertainment who have championed equality and social impact.
The Institute's global leadership forums have been hosted at prestigious venues including Hilton Kensington, Hilton London, and The Oval, London, attracting distinguished personalities such as Richard Dawkins, former Prime Ministers Laimdota Straujuma, Laurent Lamothe, and Dr. Zlatko Mateša, former Maldives President Dr. Mohammed Waheed Hassan, Nobel Peace Prize laureates Leymah Gbowee and Lord David Trimble, members of the British House of Lords Baroness Cox, Heather Mills, and leading organisations such as PETA, along with global entrepreneurs, parliamentarians, and thought leaders.
GSEEA winners at PB LIFE in past have been internationally celebrated personalities including Kumar Sangakkara, Alec Stewart, Gary Lineker, Graham Gooch, Tracy Edwards, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, Street Child United, and, Homeless World Cup Foundation amongst others.
Even before IoE's formal establishment, Planman's Global Brand & Leadership Programmes had been hosted at iconic venues including The Venetian, Las Vegas; Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai; and Marriott Grosvenor Square, London, featuring leaders such as Oscar Goodman, Guy Kawasaki, Priti Patel, Lord Swraj Paul, and Rev.
