A defining feature of this hiring phase is the addition of 25+ senior leadership hires, aligned with Flipspaces' growth and scale-up roadmap towards FY27 and beyond. Rather than responding to scale pressures after they emerge, the company is intentionally building leadership density early-ensuring decision-making depth, execution strength, and system readiness as the organisation grows.
