Sakshe Agrrawal Gupta
In an age where brands often compete for attention through complexity and constant reinvention, Sakshe Agrrawal Gupta is quietly building something different: brands rooted in simplicity, purpose, and everyday relevance. As the Founder of EORA and Co-founder of Aarnora Jewels, her journey reflects a thoughtful balance of creativity, discipline, and evolving consumer understanding.
Sakshe's story does not begin in boardrooms, but on runways. Her early experiences in modelling, including walking at Emirates Fashion Week and being recognised as Mrs Universe Middle East 2022 runner-up, played a significant role in shaping her mindset. While the spotlight brought visibility, it was the discipline behind the scenes, the consistency, resilience, and self-belief that became foundational to her entrepreneurial approach. These early learnings continue to influence how she navigates challenges and builds with intention.
Transitioning into the corporate world, Sakshe stepped into her role as Executive Director at SGBL Group, where she gained hands-on exposure to retail expansion and strategic partnerships. Working closely on collaborations with leading jewellery players, she developed a deep understanding of business operations, consumer behaviour, and the nuances of scaling a brand. This phase of her journey laid the groundwork for her future ventures, equipping her with both strategic clarity and operational strength.
Her entrepreneurial journey began with a simple yet powerful insight into the universal need for hydration. This led to the creation of EORA, a gender-neutral bodycare brand rooted in the belief that effective bodycare doesn't need to be complicated. At the heart of its formulations is snow mushroom, an ingredient the brand strongly believes in for its exceptional ability to deliver up to 500 times more hydration than hyaluronic acid. By centring all products around this hero ingredient, EORA ensures deeply nourishing, high-performance care. With a focus on functional, uncomplicated formulations, the brand is designed to adapt to diverse skin types, climates, and daily routines, encouraging a more intuitive and consistent approach to body care without overwhelming consumers with excessive choices.
What sets EORA apart is its philosophy: prioritising consistency over complexity. Sakshe recognised that modern consumers are not just looking for products, but for ease, reliability, and authenticity. By staying rooted in these principles, she has shaped EORA into a brand that resonates with everyday lifestyles while maintaining a clear sense of purpose.
Building on this foundation, Sakshe co-founded Aarnora Jewels alongside her husband a venture that brings together emotion, heritage, and accessibility. Inspired by their daughter Aarnaa, the brand carries a deeply personal narrative. It blends traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design sensibilities, creating jewellery that is both meaningful and wearable.
Aarnora focuses on making silver jewellery accessible without compromising on design or value. Each piece reflects a balance between cultural richness and modern practicality, appealing to consumers who seek elegance in their everyday lives. What began as a personal idea has grown into a brand that stands for thoughtful design and emotional connection.
Across both ventures, a common thread emerges: Sakshe's commitment to building brands that serve real needs. Whether it is simplifying body care through EORA or making jewellery more accessible through Aarnora, her approach remains grounded in understanding the consumer deeply and creating with intention.
Beyond her entrepreneurial roles, Sakshe continues to expand her perspective as a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation South Asia. Balancing multiple responsibilities as a founder, executive, wife, and mother, she embodies a modern leadership style that is both dynamic and grounded.
Her journey is not defined by rapid disruption, but by steady evolution. It is about showing up consistently, learning continuously, and building brands that grow with their consumers. In a landscape often driven by noise, Sakshe Agrrawal Gupta's work stands out for its clarity, proving that purpose, when paired with discipline, can create lasting impact.
