Vile Parle (W) Parivatran Sahakar Samiti is ALM(Area Locality Management) registered with K West ward MCGM involved with the welfare of local people & local businesses for the last twenty years.The organisation has successfully executed several projects for beautification & preservation of the cultural heritage of Vile Parle along with coordinating with various planning & regulatory authorities such as MCGM & the police to ensure citizen rights are protected & the sanctioned works are done in a proper manner.
Vile Parle (W) Parivartan Sahakar Samiti has now decided to identify & recommend citizen candidate for political representation in Vile Parle.
"After considering various socio-political factors & experience, social work & outreach campaigns in Vile Parle we have decided to recommend Smt.Geeta Bimal Bhuta as citizen candidate from Ward No.71.We would like to support her to carry out our social activities smoothly and innovatively with her ideas and experience of last many years. In addition to our organisation more than fifty organisations, prominent social workers who are decision makers & professionals have also recommended her name for political office" said Mrs.Veena Sanghavi - Secretary of the Vile Parle (W) Parivartan Sahakar Samiti.
Mr.Bakulesh Thakkar - Managing Trustee of Haridaya Charitable Trust also added that Smt.Gita Bhuta along with her husband Shri Bimal Bhuta team have organised more than 80 social welfare related programmes in the last five years & also has been directly involved with various initiatives for people from all walks of life.The Bhuta family also has been involved with social work for the last hundred years in Vile Parle & the family also runs Schools in Vile Parle & Andheri under their various charitable trusts.
The Bhuta family, originally from Gujarat has been residing in Vile Parle for more than hundred years and belong to the Kapol community.He further added that at a recently held meeting of various community members from the Marathi,Jain,Kapol,Vishwakarma,Lohana,Koli & various other Samaj members, it was resolved to extend support to Mrs.Gita Bimal Bhuta .
