Bollywood actress Malaika Arora Khan has given an apartment on rent in Mumbai, with a starting monthly rent of Rs. 3.10 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards, the apartment in the Vida building, Bandra West, was rented. The deal was registered in March 2026 with a stamp duty of Rs. 30,819, registration charges of Rs. 1,000 and a security deposit of Rs. 20 lakh.
As per Square Yards' analysis, the lease tenure is set for a period of 36 months. The agreed monthly rent commences at Rs. 3.10 lakh for the first year and increases by 5 percent to Rs. 3.25 lakh in the second year. Similarly, further rises by 5 percent and reaches Rs. 3.14 lakh in the final year of the term. Accordingly, the cumulative rental value over the entire three-year term is Rs. 1.17 crore.
