Orry
Influencer and content creator Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, is known for grabbing eyeballs and headlines. A few months back, he found his name popping up in a Rs 252 crore Mumbai drug case alongside actors such as Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhant Kapoor, and Nora Fatehi. The case was related to the 2022 alleged mephedrone supply. However, the Mumbai Police have not found any evidence linking them to the case so far. Orry broke his silence on the matter on Saturday.
Orry was earlier questioned by the Mumbai Crime Branch's Anti-Narcotics Cell (Ghatkopar unit) in November 2025. Now, after reports about Mumbai Police finding no evidence against him emerged, Orry reacted through his Instagram Stories on Saturday, April 25. He called out the misleading reports.
Sharing a report about the update, he wrote, "Where are all those click baiting jealous virgins who over sensationalized this and dragged my good name for weeks ???" (sic)
For the unversed, Orry was summoned following disclosures made by Mohammed Salim Sohail Shaikh, also known as Lavish, a drug supplier deported from Dubai. Lavish is the prime suspect in the Rs 252-crore mephedrone (MD) drug trafficking case uncovered by Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) in March 2024.
According to the latest report by the Indian Express, Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhant Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, Orry and politician Zeeshan Siddique will not be named in the supplementary chargesheet, which is expected to be filed next week in the 2022 Mumbai drug supply case involving mephedrone, after the police said they have found no evidence linking them to it so far.
The supplementary chargesheet will reportedly be filed by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai Police, which has completed its investigation based on evidence gathered so far. A source reportedly revealed, "An initial chargesheet was filed against three persons and a supplementary chargesheet will now be filed against two arrested accused and other wanted accused. We do not have enough evidence to link the celebrities to the case so far."
The celebrities were named in the drug case filed by the ANC in 2022. Although initially three persons were arrested and chargesheeted, the case was later revived again in 2024 after a wanted accused in the case, Mohammad Sohail Shaikh alias Lavish, was deported from Dubai on November 2.
