Ajay Devgn starrer 'Baadshaho' nets Rs 43.30 crore in 3 days

'Baadshaho' starring Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jamwal, Esha Gupta and Ileana D'Cruz earned Rs 43.30 crore on the third day of its run in the box-office. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the information regarding the collections on Twitter.

Taran Adarsh's tweet read, "#Baadshaho fared well in its opening weekend... Fri 12.60 cr, Sat 15.60 cr, Sun 15.10 cr. Total: âu00c2u0082¹ 43.30 cr. India biz."

'Baadshaho' is a period heist film directed and co-produced by Milan Luthria. It is set in the emergency era of 1975-77.

'Baadshaho' collected Rs 12.60 crore on Friday, it's opening day, Rs 15.60 crore on Saturday and went on to net a total of Rs 43.30 crore on Sunday.

'Baadshaho' marks the third time that Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi are collaborating. The duo previously shared screen in 'Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji' and 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai.' The latter was directed by Milan Luthria.

'Baadshaho' has been shot in Mumbai and Jodhpur in Rajasthan. Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria have teamed up for the fourth time with this film. Ajay previously starred in Luthria films 'Kachche Dhaage', 'Chori Chori' and 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai.' Emraan Hashmi had worked with Milan Luthria in 'The Dirty Picture' and 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai' marking this third outing with the director.

Despite facing competition from 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhaan', which stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles, 'Baadshaho' has managed to go steady at the box-office.

Other Bollywood films that are currently running in theatres are 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha', 'Bareilly Ki Barfi', 'A Gentleman' and 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz.'
