Janhvi Kapoor, Sreeleela, and Siddharth Gupta are teaming up for an untitled thriller directed by Umesh Bisht. The team has begun filming in Nainital. A source close to the project says, "The team has commenced the first schedule in Nainital, and there is a lot of enthusiasm surrounding the project. It is an exciting combination with the team focused on bringing the story to life." Rumours suggest the film, backed by Ektaa Kapoor and Guneet Monga Kapoor, revolves around two women obsessed with the same man.
Imran Khan is taking his fight to the Bombay High Court after the authorities ordered him to leave India by October 28. According to a report on Bar & Bench, the actor has challenged the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) notice, arguing that officials denied him a hearing despite his Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) status.
Lekha Washington
His petition reportedly alleges that the authorities acted under pressure from political social media campaigns. The notice followed Imran's participation in protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, during which the actor was detained by the police, along with his girlfriend Lekha Washington.
The court's decision could also affect the promotions for âAdhure Hum Adhure Tum', his comeback film on Netflix
Farah Khan
Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan has found herself at the centre of a social media storm after a video allegedly showed her declining a tika at an event. A hotel staff member approached the director with an aarti thali, but she reportedly opted to have the tika applied to her wrist instead. The clip triggered criticism online, with one user questioning her decision and comparing it to her choice to wear nail polish. But here's a thought, when did a celebrity's personal choice become everyone's public business? Apparently, the internet always wants a say.
Ajay Devgn
Ajay Devgn's Juhu property has reportedly faced the BMC's bulldozer after the civic body flagged allegedly unauthorised construction. The corporation had issued a stop-work notice on September 10 under Section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, but the work allegedly continued. The BMC subsequently removed parts of the construction at the 7,802-square-foot property.
"We would like to clarify that the property in question is not Ajay Devgn's residence, but a separate property that has been rented out. We have applied to the BMC for the requisite permissions and are duly complying with all applicable BMC rules, regulations, and guidelines. The necessary changes, alterations and modifications, as required by the BMC, have been carried out"
Neha Sharma
Neha Sharma has drawn a firm line against AI-generated deepfakes. The actor took to X on Saturday to warn those using her face without consent. "Anyone using my face or likeness to create AI-generated videos or images without my consent is hereby warned to stop immediately (sic)." She demanded that existing content be taken down and warned of legal action against anyone creating or circulating such material.
Manisha Koirala
Manisha Koirala is encouraging women to embrace menopause without fear. In an Instagram post, the actor wrote, "Menopause is not the end of our strength - it's a new chapter of taking care of ourselves. Hormonal changes can challenge our bones, muscles, sleep, mood, and metabolism. But we can meet this phase with strength, not fear." Her advice? "Lift weights. Eat well and nourish your body. Rest without guilt. Listen to yourself and seek support when needed. We don't have to fight our changing bodies. We have to work with them," she added.
