Aamir Khan is in talks to headline a reboot of the popular âRace' franchise, with producer Ramesh Taurani already initiating pre-production. According to Pinkvilla, the superstar is also looking for a fresh and unique starcast with Sidharth Malhotra and Tiger Shroff mostly joining the project.

We have learned that they have also heard the script and liked it, while Aamir is working closely with the writers to develop the material. "Aamir Khan feels that the reboot can bring a completely new flavour to the âRace' franchise," a source told the website.
Vijay Krishna Acharya is set to direct the action thriller, which is currently in its nascent stages. The makers are said to be creating a fresh world while retaining the twists and thrills associated with âRace' (2008).

Taapsee Pannu has recalled instances of sexism on film sets, including a time when a male co-star allegedly changed her scene because he wanted to be in it. "I shot an introduction sequence for a film and I really liked it. In fact, one of the reasons I said yes to the film was that entry scene. Suddenly, they changed the sequence. The hero was given equal footing and a more substantial part in it. It was a very expensive and fancy sequence, and he felt that he also wanted to be a part of it," she recounted.

TV actor Hina Khan on Thursday interacted with the students at a school in a border town in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district and urged them to focus on achieving their dreams. Hina also visited the Army Goodwill School at Boniyar in Uri sector in the north Kashmir district, and interacted with students and teachers there. "I felt really wonderful coming here, meeting the students, and seeing their confidence levels," she told reporters after the visit.
