Action on my mind

Nayanthara is reportedly gearing up to unleash her fiercest big-screen avatar yet in Salman Khan's upcoming action entertainer with director Vamshi Paidipally. While Salman's larger-than-life action scenes were already expected, fresh reports claim Nayanthara will also dive headfirst into high-octane stunt sequences, performing many of them herself during the ongoing Manali schedule. "Those who have seen her set-piece are already going gaga over it," a source revealed to Bollywood Hungama, adding that Salman and Nayanthara's chemistry is turning out to be an unexpected highlight. The film, reportedly titled ‘The Messengers', is targeting an Eid 2027 release and could face off against Prabhas's much-hyped ‘Spirit' in a mega box-office showdown.

Bollywood dreams

‘Jawan' (2023) - Nayanthara played tough NSG officer Narmada Rai opposite Shah Rukh Khan in her Hindi film debut, which was directed by Atlee.

Manoj Bajpayee

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has teased his role in filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming film Police Station Mein Bhoot, calling his character a "wacko, wild guy". Speaking at the trailer launch of his next, Governor, in Mumbai, Manoj recalled how co-star Ramya was surprised by his serious demeanour off-screen. "Madhu [who is Ramya's friend] called me and said, ‘Ramya was telling me that you are such a fun guy. You have not shown that side to me. Why are you so serious?'"
