'Never take her to a concert:' Janhvi Kapoor gives dating advice to Veer Pahariya

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan graced Koffee with Karan 9, where they opened up about several things while indulging in fun banter with host Karan Johar. From Janhvi's wedding plans with Shikhar Pahariya to her cheeky dating advice for Veer Pahariya, the episode had several candid moments. Varun also opened up about meeting his exes.

When Karan Johar asked Janhvi Kapoor when she planned to get married, she replied, "Not for another two to three years." Karan then pointed out that the couple had stayed together despite being surrounded by breakups, mentioning Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora, Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina, and Veer Pahariya and Tara Sutaria. Reacting to this, Janhvi said, "But we managed with each other even through our own separate breakups with other people. We are good at managing."

When Karan asked Varun Dhawan if he was comfortable meeting his exes, the actor replied, "I am married. Now, whatever the ex wants to do, or her next wants to do, they can do what they want. I am happy in this zone."

During the rapid-fire round, Karan asked Janhvi what dating advice she would give Veer Pahariya. She quipped, "Never take her to a concert."

About Veer and Tara's breakup

Veer and Tara called it quits in January this year after dating for a year. Although the exact reason behind the alleged breakup remains unknown, the split came soon after Veer's reaction to Tara's on-stage interaction with AP Dhillon at his concert went viral, leading fans to connect the dots. During AP Dhillon's Mumbai concerts, Tara joined him on stage for a performance. A clip showed AP Dhillon hugging the actress and giving her a peck on the cheek.

Janhvi opens up about Shikhar's support

Janhvi revealed that Shikhar returned to Mumbai from London to be around her when Sridevi passed away. He was initially staying with his father in South Mumbai but later moved to a friend's house in Juhu for a month so he could remain close to Janhvi. "Not that I was seeing him every day, but later on I just found out that he was like, ‘No, in case she needs me, I just want to be around,'" she said.
