A fresh set of gunfire incidents was reported around Kapil Sharma's Kap's Cafe in Canada, according to recent reports. The attack was linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Following the attacks, a viral social media post by a member of the Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility.

Kapil Sharma's cafe was attacked again

According to reports, the shots were fired at a restaurant located next to Kapil Sharma's cafe, sparking concern around safety.

A viral post allegedly shared on Facebook from an account named Tyson Bishnoi Jora Sidhu claims that both Kapil Sharma and the cafe owner have received death threats. It further added that the gang warned Sharma to "fall in line," saying that he is wasting their time, and also hinted that his cafe could face similar consequences if he does not comply.

The incident is believed to have taken place in Surrey, British Columbia, near a Chai Sutta Bar outlet, which is seemingly located close to Kapil Sharma's cafe on Saturday. However, these claims are based on social media posts and their authenticity remains unverified.

Earlier attacks at Kapil's Canada cafe

This marks the fourth time Kapil Sharma's cafe in Canada has been targeted since 2025. The first firing incident took place on July 10, 2025, just days after Kap's Cafe was inaugurated in Surrey, British Columbia. Shots were fired at the property along with nearby buildings without causing injuries. A second attack came on August 7, 2025, with multiple rounds again fired at the same location.

The situation escalated in mid-October 2025 (around October 15-16), when the cafe was targeted for a third time in just four months. Individuals associated to the Lawrence Bishnoi network reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack via social media.

The actor-comedian had earlier reacted to the shooting at his cafe. At the trailer launch event of his film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, he said, "What I feel is that the rules there and the police perhaps don't have power to control (such incident)."

According to claims by the gang, the cafe was allegedly targeted when Kapil Sharma invited Salman Khan to the launch of The Great Indian Kapil Show. This angered members of the Lawrence Bishnoi network. A gang associate also warned that "those working with Salman Khan" would face consequences.
