Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife Gauri Spratt marked their first Karwa Chauth together after tying the knot in July this year. The couple joined several celebrities at annual Karwa Chauth celebrations hosted by Sunita Kapoor, wife of actor Anil Kapoor. Aamir and Gauri were spotted arriving hand in hand at Kapoor residence.

Aamir kept his look understated in a simple black-and-blue kurta set, while his wife Gauri looked elegant in a royal blue Banarasi suit. She completed her traditional ensemble with minimal accessories and subtle makeup, keeping her overall look simple yet graceful.

This marked the couple's first Karwa Chauth after they tied the knot on July 5, 2026, in an intimate registered ceremony at Aamir's Bandra residence in Mumbai.

Karwa Chauth celebrations at Sunita Kapoor's residence

Sunita Kapoor, wife of actor Anil Kapoor, continued her annual tradition of hosting a star-studded Karwa Chauth celebration at their Juhu residence in Mumbai. The festival saw several members of the film fraternity come together, including Farah Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Anshula Kapoor, the sister of actor Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput, Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap, Varun Dhawan's wife Natasha Dalal, Mini Mathur, Padmini Kolhapure, Neelam Kothari, Chunky Panday's wife Bhavana Pandey, veteran screenwriter Javed Akhtar and Maheep Kapoor.

Sonam Kapoor stood out as one of the best-dressed attendees at the celebrations. The actress opted for a rust-maroon ensemble, which she elevated with statement earrings and an eye-catching bag. She completed her look with a neatly styled braid, smoky eyes and dewy makeup.

Shilpa Shetty made a stylish appearance in a pink saree paired with a contrasting green blouse, while Mira Rajput donned a stunning champagne-gold saree. Anshula Kapoor also celebrated her first Karwa Chauth after tying the knot with Rohan Thakkar earlier this year.

For Aamir and Gauri, however, the evening marked a special ocassion, as the couple celebrated their first Karwa Chauth as husband and wife. The wedding marked Aamir's third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, actor Junaid and Ira, and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao, with whom he shares a son, Azad.
