Priyanka Chopra Jonas and celebrity stylist Law Roach have worked together again at the 2026 InStyle Imagemaker Awards, bringing renewed attention to speculation about a fallout between them in 2023. Priyanka, who received the Woman of Impact honour, attended the event in a Spring/Summer 2027 look by Matieres Fecales, styled by Roach.
While their latest collaboration marks a professional reunion, neither has publicly confirmed a feud or provided a definitive account of any reconciliation. The speculation dates back to comments Priyanka made about body-shaming and the fashion industry's expectations around sample sizes.
In 2023 at South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival, the Citadel actor spoke about an experience in which she was told she was not "sample sized". She discussed the impact of the remark without publicly naming the person involved.
Roach later addressed the speculation surrounding the incident in an interview with The Cut, denying that he had directly made that comment to Priyanka. Roach said, "It is her gatekeepers, how they presented what I said to her to make her feel that way. And if that made her feel bad, it was taken out of context." He also discussed his concerns about how the situation had been represented. His remarks added to speculation about whether the stylist and actor had experienced a professional disagreement.
Priyanka and Roach had previously collaborated on high-profile appearances including the Oscars, making the renewed speculation about their association a point of interest for fashion watchers.
At the 2026 InStyle Imagemaker Awards, Roach was credited with styling Priyanka in a Matieres Fecales Spring/Summer 2027 ensemble. The actor received the Woman of Impact honour at the event, which recognises creatives and professionals shaping the fashion and entertainment industries.
Their appearance together has brought their professional association back into focus. While the collaboration indicates that they are working together again, it does not, on its own, confirm whether they had a personal disagreement or whether any such differences were formally resolved.
