Janhvi Kapoor went to seek blessing at the Tirumala Tirupati Temple on her late mother Sridevi's birth anniversary. She even took to her Instagram account to share an image in which she looked a spitting image of her mother.

Janhvi Kapoor also took to her Instagram account to share an image of Sridevi and captioned the post, "Happy birthday Mumma, I love you. [sic]" Host of other Kapoor family members also remembered and paid tribute to the late actor.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will be next seen in a biopic titled Kargil Girl. The film is a biopic based on Gunjan Saxena, a woman IAF combat pilot, who played a very important role during the Kargil War in 1999. She was also awarded Shaurya Chakra for her bravery.

Janhvi Kapoor is also shooting for her horror comedy Roohi Afza. The Dinesh Vijan movie also stars Rajkummar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi. Janhvi plays a double role in the film.

Apart from this, Janhvi Kapoor will share screen space with industry bigwigs like Kareena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Alia Bhatt in Takht, which is being helmed by Karan Johar. The film is set to go on the floor in February 2020.

Janhvi Kapoor will also be seen in the sequel of Dostana alongside Kartik Aaryan and a newcomer, whose name is yet to be unveiled.
