Pop star Dua Lipa has reportedly tied the knot with actor Callum Turner in an intimate ceremony in London, surrounded by close friends and family. The couple kept the celebrations low-key, with Dua stunning in a custom Schiaparelli couture ensemble. The couple tied the knot after getting engaged a year ago.
The couple wed in an intimate ceremony today, held at London's Old Marylebone Town Hall among a small circle of friends and family.
Lipa donned a custom white skirt suit by Schiaparelli Couture, designed by Daniel Roseberry. The look consisted of a tailored ivory cady blazer with gold buttons and a matching asymmetric skirt. She accessorized with a wide-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones, white gloves, and pointed white Christian Louboutin pumps.
It was a low-key affair, making them legally man and wife ahead of their second wedding - a lavish three-day event in Sicily. Their subtle marriage ceremony follows rumours that they were organising a big blowout spanning three days.
The buzz around their wedding has been doing the rounds for quite some days. A source close to the couple told The Sun newspaper, "The plans are in full swing for Dua and Callum's wedding, but it's all being kept hush-hush. It is happening this summer; she will be a married woman by the time she turns 31 in August. They want to keep it to their nearest and dearest, so it's not going to be a huge, showy occasion."
Lipa and Turner first sparked romance rumours in January 2024 when they attended the Masters of the Air afterparty together in London. They later went Instagram official in July of that year. Dua, 30, first sparked engagement rumours last Christmas when she was spotted wearing a dazzling diamond ring in a festive photo on Instagram.
The singer, who previously dated French filmmaker Romain Gavras, said at the time, "Yeah, we're engaged. It's very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don't know, be best friends forever, it's a really special feeling."
Dua subsequently revealed that she's been feeling "happier than ever" after getting engaged.
