The Fockers are back, and this time, there is a new member of the family who has Greg Focker seriously worried. The trailer for Focker-In-Law brings back the much-loved chaos of the Meet the Parents franchise, with Ben Stiller's Greg finding himself in a hilarious showdown with Ariana Grande's seemingly perfect Olivia Jones. The film is set to hit Indian cinemas on November 27, 2026, promising another round of awkward family gatherings, suspicious parents and comedy-fuelled mayhem.
The new trailer introduces Olivia as the confident fiancee of Greg's son, Henry, played by Skyler Gisondo. A former FBI hostage negotiator, Olivia appears to have everything under control and quickly wins over the Focker family.
Even Jack Byrnes, played by Robert De Niro, seems impressed. But this is Jack we're talking about, so Olivia isn't getting away without facing his famously intimidating lie-detector test. She passes the test and seemingly wins Jack over, but Greg remains unconvinced.
What follows is essentially a new Focker family face-off, with Greg trying to figure out whether Olivia really is as perfect as she appears. His suspicions put him at odds with the rest of the family, setting the stage for the kind of escalating misunderstandings and comic disasters the franchise is known for.
With Ariana Grande's Olivia going head-to-head with Ben's increasingly suspicious Greg, the trailer promises that the biggest threat to family harmony might just be the future daughter-in-law.
Focker-In-Law is written and directed by John Hamburg, who co-wrote the previous three Meet the Parents films. The movie is produced by Oscar nominee Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro for Tribeca Productions, along with Ben Stiller and Oscar winner John Lesher for Red Hour Films.
Alongside Stiller, De Niro and Grande, the cast features Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Teri Polo, Skyler Gisondo, Beanie Feldstein and Eduardo Franco.
The film marks another reunion for Stiller and De Niro, whose comic chemistry has been at the heart of the franchise. This time, however, the family dynamic gets a fresh shake-up with Grande's Olivia entering the picture.
Paramount Pictures will release Focker-In-Law in Indian theatres on November 27, 2026. And judging by the trailer, Greg Focker may have found his toughest family battle yet.
