Neck injury leaves Miley Cyrus in pain

The 20-year-old can't stop crying after mysteriously hurting herself and has been instructed to stay in bed to help it heal as quickly as possible so she can resume promotion for her new single "We can't stop", reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"In so much pain. I hate being sick. My neck f'''ing hurts. Really stressed out. Crying only makes me feel worse but I cant help it. I am finally getting to perform 'We Can't Stop' and now this s'''s happening," Cyrus posted on Twitter.

Cyrus, who is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, shared a picture of herself in bed and revealed that she woke up with the injury on Friday.
