V and Song Kang
BTS member V and actor Song Kang have a long-standing friendship. So much so that the two went to the gym together to exercise their muscles, even while serving in the military. V, alias Kim Taehyung, and Song have frequently taken time out to have a bite together, leaving their devoted fans in awe of their friendship. The two South Korean heartthrobs reconnected over a meal, and according to witnesses, it was quite the spectacle.
On December 3, a photo went viral, claiming V and Song Kang were eating together in an informal environment. According to the article, the two were dressed comfortably and sat face-to-face at the restaurant. Even though they kept a low profile and were understated, their appearance appeared "like a photoshoot," offering the other diners a rare opportunity to view the two top stars together.
Soon, social media was swamped with reactions. One person posted on X (previously Twitter), "Hot guys should hang out more. 'The fans adore it.' Another person said, "A handsome guy next to another handsome guy." One netizen commented, "That barbecue restaurant looks like a photoshoot set." Another commented, "Song Kang's visuals shine even in blurry photos." A Taehyung admirer commented, "V looks like an actor when he's next to an actor."
V and Song Kang have already made similar surprising public appearances. Aside from working out together in the military, they were reportedly observed running along the Han River in October 2025 with actors Kim Young-Dae and Jung Geon-Joo before heading to a restaurant.
While V completed his mandatory military service in June of this year, Song Kang was discharged in October.
V (Kim Taehyung) of BTS stirred fan buzz after posting Instagram photos on November 28 that appear to show him behind the wheel of a 2025 Ford Mustang GTD. In the images, he's seen with his feet on the seat and face partially covered, prompting fans to conclude that the car may be his. The post also featured his close friend Park Hyung Sik, reinforcing their bond. Priced at up to 325,000-350,000 dollars, the high-end car sparked widespread excitement and discussion among ARMY and auto-enthusiasts alike.
