Their pre-wedding festivities have begun in Udaipur, and they have shared aesthetic yet fun glimpses of it. The couple hosted a lavish pre-wedding dinner ahead of the ceremonies and even indulged in a fun poolside volleyball match ahead of the big day.
The wedding festivities of the actor couple began with a full-blown Japanese cuisine experience for the guests. The actress recently took to the Stories section of her Instagram and shared a picture from the festivities, offering a glimpse into an exquisitely curated dinner setting.
The image showcases a beautifully styled tablescape bathed in warm, golden light. At the centre sits a delicate floral arrangement featuring blush pink lilies and soft green hydrangeas, artfully paired with fresh green apples and cascading grapes, giving the decor an organic, garden-meets-luxury aesthetic.
Placed elegantly on the table was a bespoke printed menu card, hinting at a specially curated Japanese dining experience for guests. The choice reflects a refined and globally inspired palate, adding an intimate, gourmet touch to the pre-wedding celebrations. Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda shared glimpses of the day's activities through candid images of a pool volleyball match with friends. Another glimpse revealed a floating drink station lined with red cups, set against the backdrop of a calm landscape.
According to reports, Vijay and Rashmika's mehndi ceremony will be held on Tuesday, February 24, in an intimate setting with close family members and friends. Later, the haldi and sangeet ceremonies are scheduled for the following day, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, leading up to the wedding ceremony on February 26.
The wedding is set to take place at ITC Hotels The Mementos Udaipur, nestled in the picturesque Aravalli valleys. The ceremony is expected to be an intimate gathering attended only by family and close friends. Following their Udaipur wedding, the couple is set to host a grand reception in Hyderabad on March 4, reportedly at Taj Krishna.
A few days back, the couple confirmed their union by sharing an adorable note thanking and dedicating the wedding to their fans. They fondly called it "The wedding of Virosh."
