The trailer of Atlee's Jawan has arrived on Red Chillies Entertainment's YouTube channel and so has Nayanthara on Instagram. The actress made her debut on the photo-sharing app hours before the much-anticipated trailer was released this afternoon. Known as 'Lady Superstar', her first post was a reel with her twins.
Nayanthara made her Instagram debut with a reel featuring her with her sons, Uyir and Ulagam. It was their introduction video too. She added Anirudh Ravichander's song Alappara from Rajinikanth's Jailer. Nayanthara's caption read, "Naan vandhutaen nu solluâ¦(sic)."
Welcoming Nayanthara and the boys on Instagram, Vignesh Shivan commented, "My uyirs â¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤ï¸Ââ¤︠welcome to IG."
The trailer of Jawan screams action and mass moments. Sharing it on Instagram, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Of Justice & A Jawan. Of Women & their Vengeance.
Of a Mother & A Son. And of course, a lot of Fun!!! Ready Ahhh!!! #JawanTrailer out now! #Jawan releasing worldwide on 7th September, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu."
Nayanthara and Vignesh celebrated their first Onam with Uyir and Ulagam on August 27. The filmmaker shared pictures on Instagram and wrote, "First Onam with my Uyir & Ulagam #GodBless As the festival starts early here! Wishing everyone in advance a very happy ONAM."
He shared pictures with Nayanthara and the caption of the post read, "In our very simple, beautiful life! A beautiful, simple moment which feels special. ONAM festivities begin here with my Uyirs & Ulagamsss. Wishing everyone in advance a very happy ONAM (sic)."
According to the trailer, Nayanthara has ample action sequences in Jawan with Shah Rukh. In a couple of sequences, they can be seen romancing each other. Jawan is Atlee's first Hindi directorial. Known for massy actioners and entertainers, he will present Jawan in the grandest way possible.
On Wednesday, the team of Jawan kickstarted the promotions with a pre-release event in Chennai. Shah Rukh and Atlee were in attendance with Vijay Sethupathi, Yogi Babu, Anirudh, Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Priyamani, Girija Godbole, Sunil Grover and others.
The film releases globally in theatres on September 7.
