Bigg Boss 19 is getting closer to the grand finale. The Salman Khan-hosted reality show is scheduled to end in December 2025. Following Mridul Tiwari's mid-week eviction, only nine participants remain in the game. In anticipation of BB 19's grand finale, the producers have incorporated family week into the show.
Ashnoor Kaur's father, Gurmeet Singh, and Kunickaa's son, Ayaan Lall, have entered the Bigg Boss 19 house. Akansha Chamola, Gaurav Khanna's wife, is rumoured to be visiting the residence during family week.
The family members will spend the night inside the Bigg Boss 19 house with the contestants. The forthcoming BB 19 episodes are set to be intense and emotionally laden. Kunickaa's son has previously appeared in an episode of BB 19 called Weekend Ka Vaar. He was there to stand up for his mother.
Bigg Boss asked all of the candidates to freeze, and then Ayaan entered the house. Kunickaa hugged her kid fiercely when she saw him, overcome with emotion. The next person to enter the BB 19 residence was Ashnoor Kaur's father, Gurmeet Singh. Ashnoor was sitting in the living room with Pranit More and Gaurav Khanna. He sat alongside her and waited for Bigg Boss to release her from the freeze mode.
Ashnoor burst into tears while asking her father about her games and behaviour on the television. He told her that they are proud of their daughter and how she handled herself on the show. Ashnoor described how the last few weeks had been extremely difficult for her, and she did not know how to express her emotions. She asked her father, "Is Mamma proud, or am I not doing enough?"
Her father responded, "She is proud, and you are doing more than enough. A lot more than any daughter can do for her parents. I am so proud of you and how you have handled yourself in the middle of so much upheaval. You've made us all very proud, including your friends, family, and fans."
Ashnoor's father then addressed her food rations in the home. He inquired, "Why aren't you eating well? I see you've shed 4-5 kilograms." Ashnoor answered, "I don't know why my body is bloating, and I also control my eating habits. I don't know what is happening. All the teenage thing got triggered."
Her father encouraged her not to allow others' criticisms to drag her down, reminding her that she should make her own judgments. Ashnoor's father met Tanya and expressed his unhappiness with her remarks. Tanya apologised for her body-shaming remarks about Ashnoor and for undermining their statements. He then explained Tanya not to cross the line of decency even if it for the game.
