South African cricket legend Morne Morkel makes his Indian television debut with Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi

As Khatron Ke Khiladi returns with an all-new season, Rohit Shetty's stunt-based show promises to raise the bar with bigger stunts, tougher challenges and relentless action. Now, the makers have released a new promo of the upcoming show, which shows South African cricketing legend Morne Morkel joining the host-filmmaker.

Morne Morkel to appear on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15

Set in the breathtaking landscapes of Cape Town, South Africa, Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, is expected to arrive with a game-changing twist. For the very first time, international cricket icon Morne Morkel will be seen joining the action, bringing an entirely new dimension to the show.

In the latest promo, contestants are tasked with catching a ball bowled by the legendary fast bowler. The simple task soon turns into a test of courage, focus and reflexes as the contestants face the sheer speed and power of one of cricket's finest pacers.

Sharing his excitement about joining the show, Morne Morkel says, "For years, I challenged the world's best batsmen with my pace. Khatron Ke Khiladi 15

Earlier, the makers had announced that Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 would be releasing on July 25. Sharing a promo featuring the contestants, the makers wrote, "Har taraf goonjega Khatre ka shor, aa gaya hai Darr Ka Naya Daur! Dekhiye KhatronKeKhiladi15, 25th July se, har Sat-Sun raat 9 baje, sirf Colors aur Jiohotstar par."

However, the release was later postponed. On July 8, the makers announced a new release date, which has been pushed ahead by a week. Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 will now premiere on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Announcing the new release date, the makers shared a new promo and wrote, "Lagegi jaan ki baazi, kyunki shuru ho raha hai darr ka naya daur! Dekhiye KhatronKeKhiladi15, 1st August se, har Sat-Sun raat 9 baje, sirf Colors aur Jio Hotstar par."
