Bigg Boss 20: Mallika Sherawat entering Salman Khan-hosted reality show? Actor reveals

There has been a lot of buzz around the contestant list of Bigg Boss 20. Amid the ongoing rumours, the Traitors season 2 contestant Mallika Sherawat has openly made a statement on whether she would be entering the Salman Khan-hosted show or not.

Mallika was recently spotted in the city with Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Abhishek Malhan, aka Fukra Insaan. When paparazzi questioned her if she would be entering Bigg Boss 20. She firmly replied, "Nahi." She further clarified, "Nahi, main to nahi jaungi." (No, I won't be going.) Abhishek, however, had a different take and told Mallika, "Apko Jana Chahiye." (You should go).

Eager about his opinion, Mallika asked, "Kyun?" (Why) Abhishek then stated, "Main bata raha hoon, Bigg Boss vibe hai inme," implying that Mallika's personality and temperament would make her an ideal fit for the reality show.

Earlier, Mallika Sherawat had addressed the rumours of her entering Bigg Boss. In 2025, reports circulated that she could be one of the contestants in Bigg Boss 19. Clarifying the reports, Mallika took to her Instagram stories and said, "I am NOT doing Bigg Boss and NEVER WILL." She had also stated that she had refused reality shows in the past, including Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi, as the format did not sit well with her. The Murder actresss said she would be more inclined towards the shows involving new places, enjoying food and having engaging conversations, rather than being part of a Bigg Boss-style setup, where contestants are confined to a house and filmed 24/7.

Mallika is currently one of the contestants on the Karan Johar-hosted Traitors Season 2. As of now, she remains in the game, with the finale scheduled for September 3.

Bigg Boss 20 tentative contestant list

While the contestant list of Bigg Boss 20 hasn't been out yet, several speculative names have been circulating on social media. Rapper Santy Sharma, Jannat Zubair, Faisal Shaikh (Mr Faisu), Ruru Thakur, Arbaz Patel, Uorfi Javed, Anjali Arora, Mahi Vij, and Karan Wahi are among those reportedly being rumoured as potential participants.
