Rapper Bali, who was evicted from Alliance just before reaching the semi-finals, recently spoke exclusively to mid-day about his experience on the reality show. From entering the game as a wildcard to forming strong bonds with fellow contestants, Bali opened up about his journey and also recalled his instincts during the crucial traitor task.

Reflecting on his stint, Bali said he initially had doubts about entering the show as a wildcard. "I had a lot of fun. I was skeptical earlier. That it is a wild card. Maybe I will get cornered. I won't be able to make a bond. It is an alliance game," he said.

However, those apprehensions disappeared quickly after he met the other contestants. "Within 12-20 hours, everything was out of the window. Because I met such people. And I am a proper loyalist. I can't cheat. I did that and it came in handy," he shared.

Bali talks about his loyalty in the game

Bali added that his loyalty helped him form genuine friendships during the show. "And I made a lot of friends through the show. So I thoroughly enjoyed my journey," he said.

The rapper also explained how he approached the game after having watched some episodes before entering. "I did a simple thing. I saw the show. I didn't watch it fully. Because I was called early. And I couldn't watch it for a week," he explained. He said the delayed telecast meant he was unaware of everything that had happened in the most recent episodes. "The show was a little far. It was airing after a week. So I didn't know what happened in the latest week," Bali said.

According to him, other contestants were concerned that he had seen too much of the show and would reveal their strategies. "My point was, people were scared that he has seen everything. He will tell everything. If he tells everything, his game will be ruined," he said.

On getting trapped in Kushal Tandon's traitor task

Bali also opened up about the traitor task and admitted that he initially suspected Kushal. "I caught him here. I had a strong intuition. I thought it would be Kushal. He is the only one who can kill his man. It was easy to kill Zaid. But I thought it would be Kushal," he recalled.

He said he had noticed contestants talking before the task began. "I heard people talking in the stairs when I left the watch room. Before the game started. I sat at the table and told everyone. They were planning beforehand. I didn't hear anything."

Bali revealed that he eventually understood what had happened but struggled to convince others. "Aggu and Arslan didn't trust me. Aggu said, ‘Sorry, I should have trusted you.' I said, ‘Now it's over.'"

Despite the setback, Bali maintained that loyalty remained central to his strategy. "But this loyalty is useful. My plan was, I will convince Aggu and Arslan. I will make them the 4th finalist. It will be better for me. Only one can be the finalist," he said. Recalling the tense moments, he added, "Arslan doubted. We laughed a lot."
