Ram also shared an interesting anecdote involving producer Ektaa Kapoor, who had apparently warned Gautami before the couple tied the knot because of his reputation. Recalling the incident, he said, "Ekta actually called Gautami and asked her, 'What are you doing? Are you sure?' She knew the kind of person I was back then." Despite the warning, Gautami chose to trust him, and the couple has now been married for over two decades.
