The drama inside Lock Upp intensified after wild card contestant Shilpa Shinde locked horns with Sunita Ahuja and fellow inmate Akanksha Chamola, sparking fresh controversies both inside and outside the reality show.
A promo of the upcoming episode shows Shilpa confronting Sunita Ahuja over her repeated statements about husband Govinda that have dominated headlines since the season began. Questioning why Sunita continues to make personal revelations about the Bollywood star, Shilpa says she has immense respect for Govinda and feels some matters should remain private. She also suggests that Sunita's comments are affecting the actor's public image.
Sunita, however, is in no mood to let the remarks slide. Reacting to Shilpa's criticism, she firmly shuts her down, warning, "Don't mess with me." The heated exchange quickly escalates, with both women refusing to back down as other contestants look on. The confrontation is expected to become one of the biggest talking points of the episode. She further said, "Even if Govinda has 50 affairs, that's my matter I won't leave him. He is my husband and I know what to do in my relationship."
Shilpa's entry has also reignited another rivalry inside the house. Speaking about Akanksha Chamola, the actress questioned the reason behind her participation in the reality show. Shilpa claimed that Akanksha is on Lock Upp 2 only because of her husband, television actor Gaurav Khanna. She remarked that she had barely seen Akanksha before and implied that the latter lacked an independent identity in the entertainment industry.
Akanksha did not appreciate the comment and defended her place in the competition. The exchange added another layer of tension inside the jail, where contestants are already navigating shifting alliances and mounting pressure.
Interestingly, before entering the show, Shilpa had expressed excitement about meeting Sunita Ahuja and even said she felt they would bond well. However, that prediction seems to have fallen apart within days of her arrival, with the two now at loggerheads over Govinda and Sunita's controversial statements.
