The battle for Purvanchal is far from over. Amazon MX Player has dropped the explosive trailer of Raktanchal Season 3, promising its most intense chapter yet as old rivalries resurface and fresh political power struggles threaten to change the game forever. Starring Kranti Prakash Jha and Nikitin Dheer in their iconic roles, the upcoming season raises the stakes with revenge, betrayal and an all-out war that leaves no one untouched.
Directed by Ritam Srivastav and written by Siddharth Mishra, the crime drama also features Karan Patel, Mahie Gill, Rajesh Kumar and Vikram Kochhar in pivotal roles. Set against the gritty backdrop of Purvanchal, the series returns on July 16 and will stream for free on Amazon MX Player.
The trailer opens four years after the events of the previous season, with Vijay Singh emerging from hiding determined to settle unfinished scores with his longtime rival, Waseem Khan. As their decades-old rivalry reaches a boiling point, the conflict extends beyond personal revenge, drawing powerful political players and dangerous allies into the battle.
Sanki Pandey returns to add further chaos, while Saraswati Devi finds herself at the centre of a shifting political landscape. New faces, including Virendra Pratap Singh and Himanshu Patnaik, promise to further complicate the already volatile equation, making every move a matter of survival.
Opening up about reprising Vijay Singh, Kranti Prakash Jha said, "Vijay Singh has always been driven by grit and conviction, and returning to play him after all these years felt both familiar and exciting. This season puts him in situations that constantly test his resolve, making every confrontation more intense than the last. Fans can expect a thrilling journey that builds towards the biggest showdown the franchise has seen."
Nikitin Dheer, who returns as Waseem Khan, shared, "There's something incredibly satisfying about returning as Waseem Khan because he's a character with multiple layers.
