Netflix has unveiled its much-awaited 2026 slate featuring some of the most intriguing shows and films that are set to release on the platform this year. From nostalgic reunions to fresh narratives, and from crime to comedy, the slate has something for everyone. Here's everything that was announced by Netflix.

Ghooshkhor Pandat
A police officer Ajay Dikshit's (Pandat), plans an eventful and money-making night but finds himself in the midst of a global conspiracy. This one is directed by Ritesh Shah and features Manoj Bajpayee, Nushrat Bharuccha, Saqib Saleem, Akshay Oberoi, and Divya Dutta.
Maa Behen
Madhuri Dixit, Ravi Kishan and Tripti Dimri unite for the first time in Netflix’s Maa Behen, where a mother and her daughters find themselves in the middle of a situation with a dead body in their kitchen. Directed by Suresh Triveni, it also stars Dharnaa Durga.
Maamla Legal Hai 2
Newly appointed judge V.D. Tyagi comes face-to-face with the reality of being a judge, while the lovable lawyers of Patparganj Court bring bizarre cases, odd clients, and messy personal drama in this comedy courtroom drama. Starring Ravi Kishan, Nidhi Bisht, Naila Grrewal, Anant Joshi, Anjum Batra, Kusha Kapila, and Dinesh Lal Yadav, this one is helmed by Rahul Pandey.
Mismatched season 4
Even after a goodbye, in its final season, Dimple and Rishi are unexpectedly thrown back into each other’s lives, rekindling a love they never truly resolved. Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf return in this Divyang Thakkar directorial.
Gandhari
After a delay, Taapsee Pannu starrer Gandhari was finally announced. Directed by Devashish Makhija, it is about a mother is pushed to extreme limits to protect her child.
Lust Stories 3
Marking the return of the International Emmy–nominated anthology, filmmakers Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra, and Vishal Bhardwaj present bite-sized emotionally resonant films, starring, Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Vijay Varma and Abhishek Banerjee, Gurfateh Pirzada, Sana Thampi, Ali Fazal, Radhika Madan, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Siddharth .
Toaster
The much-awaited comedy film directed by Vivek Das Chaudhary and starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra was finally announced.
Yeh Dil Sunn Raha Hai
Blurring the boundaries between morality and compulsion, passion and love collide in this story and boundaries between right and wrong begin to blur. Directed by Kapil Sharma, it stars Shaheer Sheikh, Mohit Malik, and Zoya Afroz.
Lock Upp 2
India's most newsworthy personalities are locked away in a new-age prison in this reality show, all because they have been condemned in the court of public opinion.
Chumbak
Directed by Aatish Kapadia, this series revives the old-world charm of the neighbourhood. It stars Neena Gupta, Deven Bhojani, Amyra Dastur, Anant V Joshi, Sumeet Vyas, Manasi Parekh, Arjun Bijlani, Helly Shah, Sumeet Raghavan and Sandeepa Dhar.
Musafir Cafe
This one is a timeless love story (love triangle) that lingers and deepens with its warm characters, Chander, Sudha, and Preeti. Their lives intertwine in unexpected ways. Based on the book Musafir Cafe by Divya Prakash Dubey, it features Vikrant Massey, Vedika Pinto, and Mahima Makwana in pivotal roles.

Faced with a prophecy of downfall and an inevitable siege, Periyavar, an ageing gangster, fights to save his Empire, family and his Legacy. Helmed by Charukesh Sekar, this thriller stars R. Madhavan, Abhishek Banerjee, Nimisha Sajayan, Gautham Karthik, and Gulshan Devaiah.
Hum Hindustani
Saif Ali Khan and Pratik Gandhi are set to star in Hum Hindustani, a story inspired by the true events from India’s first election. Helmed by Rahul Dholakia, it also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Mimi Chakraborty, Sarika, and Shraddha Dangar.
Ikka
Sunny Deol turns lawyer once again after 33 years on screen and reunites with Akashye Khanna after 28 years in this legal drama helmed by Siddharth P Malhotra.
Hello Bachhon
Hello Bachhon is based on the true story of Physics Wallah. Featuring Vineeth Kumar in the lead, it is an uplifting story of a single teacher standing up against the system, who can build a nation with his students. Also starring Vikram Kochhar, and Girija Oak Godbole, it is directed by Pratish Mehta.
