Blabber All Day Cafe & Bar is thrilled to unveil its brand-new mango menu and a selection of refreshing summer cocktails for the season. As a premium casual dining restaurant, Blabber All Day continues to innovate and cater to the evolving tastes of its guests, ensuring a unique and delightful dining experience.

It is celebrated for its exquisite interiors and delectable food, complemented by handcrafted cocktails. The focus is on creating a vibrant atmosphere where friends and family can come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and indulge in lively conversations. The newly introduced Mango Menu is crafted with a modern Indian concept, featuring some of the best dishes in town, tailored to meet the demands of the guests.

Highlights of the mango menu include the Turkish Mango Bao, which features steam bao buns filled with chicken or paneer shawarma, spicy mango and garlic aioli, pickled jalapeno, and French fries on the side.

Another standout is the Mango Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice, a yellow Thai curry twisted with raw mango and served with coconut sticky rice. The Kasundi Mango Chicken offers shredded chicken pan-tossed in Kasundi mango sauce, served on a bed of cheddar cheese garlic naan.

For dessert lovers, the Mango Ripple Cheesecake provides a creamy cheesecake with mango and aam papad compote, served with fresh mango brunoise. Additionally, the Mango Oats Smoothie blends fresh Alphonso mango with white healthy oats and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, garnished with mint and fresh mango.

Their summer cocktails are designed to refresh and rejuvenate, perfect for the season. The Tiny Thrill is a rum-based cocktail with seasonal mango, pineapple, a hint of blue curacao, and a refreshing touch of basil, garnished with a basil sprig. The Watermelon Stinger features homemade watermelon curry leaves syrup, lime sourness, and a gin-sprayed scooped watermelon garnish. The SoulKadi Mojito offers a savory twist on the traditional mojito with homemade soulkadi, garnished with mint sprig and lemon.
