Sofitel Mumbai BKC is set to bring the vibrant flavors of Singapore to Mumbai with Savour Singapore, a 10-day culinary festival celebrating the Lion City’s rich gastronomic heritage. Curated in collaboration with the Singapore Consulate-General, the festival will showcase iconic dishes including Singapore Chilli Crab, Fish Head Curry, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Kambing Soup, Soto Ayam, and desserts like Bubur ChaCha and Bubur Pulut Hitam, complemented by the classic Singapore Sling cocktail

Tóa 66 in Churchgate has just unveiled its first cocktail menu inspired by Thailand’s vibrant festivals.

Crafted by lead bartender Neil Pinto and associate bartender Jonathan Periera, each cocktail reimagines Thai traditions through vibrant flavours and refined technique.

From the tart-floral evolution of Plum & Port to the tropical-savoury brightness of Not a Picante and the playful fruit-forward Berry Rosé, along with the crisp, refreshing Lumphini Spritz. 

Debuting alongside this bar program is Tasting Menu 3.0, a seven-course journey guided by Thai chefs Kanchit and Natanong Vongvichai to pair with the cocktails. The menu has dishes such as Thua Phlu, Tom Yam Wonton, Kaeng Daeng, and Curry & Cacao

Seafood special
Kona Kona is hosting a flavour-packed Seafood Boil Pop-Up, a collaboration between Mona Singh’s neighborhood bar and Soul Food’s Seafood Boil by Aashish Seth. 

This edition will showcase five exclusive flavour profiles, including a Thai herbed sauce, alongside Soul Food signatures like Singapore Pepper and Sichuan, the OG Old Bay seasoning, and the classic lemon garlic butter chilli.

To complete the experience, specially crafted Don Julio tequila cocktail pairings will be served, designed to heighten the bold, soulful flavors of the seafood.

The pop-up offers an indulgent selection of seafood buckets designed for groups of two, three, or four, with fresh mud crabs, black tiger prawns, jumbo prawns, calamari, mussels, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, spicy buttered rice.
