Apart from following a strict macrodiet which bars her from eating processed food, dairy products and anything spicy, Madonna varies her workout routine often and teams different forms of dancing with cardio, jumping on the trampoline and weight-training for maximum benefit. And while it is no secret that she is a fan of Ashtanga yoga, she literally turns up the heat by wrapping a towel around her neck while exercising. Sure, people might label her a "fitness freak", but we don't hear anyone complain when she takes the stage and glides through those energetic dance routines, now do we?
