As per the official statement issued on Thursday, September 24, CIDCO said that applicants who have not yet registered under the housing scheme must complete the PMAY registration.

The statement also added that after submitting the registrations, the applicants are also required to submit the documents within the stipulated period.

The subsidy is available to eligible EWS applicants after completing the beneficiary attachment process on the Central Government's PMAY-MIS portal.

The EWS housing schemes covered under the appeal are located in Taloja Sector 28 and Sector 39, Kharghar Bus Depot Sector 14, Kharkopar Plot Nos. 2A and 2B in Sector 16A, Kalamboli Bus Depot Sector 17, and Bamandongari in Ulwe.

Aadhaar attachment compulsory

According to CIDCO, eligible applicants seeking the Rs 2.50 lakh subsidy must complete the beneficiary attachment process on the PMAY-MIS portal. Aadhaar card attachment is compulsory, while applicants must also cooperate with OTP-based verification wherever required, as per the official statement from CIDCO.

CIDCO has also reminded winners that the required documents must be submitted through their login ID on cidcohomes.com within the prescribed period.

Applicants are also required to pay the confirmation fee within the stipulated timeframe. CIDCO warned that failure to submit the documents or pay the confirmation fee within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of the allotted tenement.

The housing authority has advised eligible winners to complete the registration and documentation process at the earliest to ensure they can avail themselves of the subsidy.
