Metro work in Bhandup

Metro construction on LBS Road between Hegdewar (Sonapur) Signal and Bhandup Police Station will lead to overnight diversions from 11.30 pm to 6.30 am.

During this period, buses originating from Mulund Check Naka and Mulund Station on routes 396, 409, 499, 494, 423, 460, 459, 424, 496, 399, 461, 303, 523, 522 and 469 will be diverted via the Subhash Nagar-Sia Tyre Company-Route 307 corridor up to Bhandup Police Station before returning to their regular routes.

From 5 am onwards, Route 411 will operate on a revised alignment in both directions. Buses will turn right from Wadala Depot onto Kidwai Road, proceed towards Wadala Station, continue via St Barrito Road, turn right at St Joseph Chowk, and then resume their normal route.

Ashadhi Ekadashi traffic diversions

In view of Ashadhi Ekadashi celebrations and the Pandharpur procession, Katrak Road will remain closed in both directions from 5 am.

As a result, buses on routes 67, 169 and 172 will be diverted via Wadala Church, Lady Jamshedji Road, Ruia College and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar (B.A.) Road before rejoining their scheduled routes at Khodadad Circle.

Pratiksha Nagar diversions

Traffic arrangements will also be in place in Pratiksha Nagar on July 25 after a temporary pavilion was erected outside the Vitthal Temple near Sundar Vihar Vegetable Market.

From 10.05 am until the end of the day, buses on routes 169, 312, 348 and 255 heading towards Pratiksha Nagar will be diverted via Bindra Chowk, Rawli Camp and the Monorail corridor.

Tilak Road closure

Due to the closure of Tilak Road for the Ashadhi Ekadashi procession, buses on routes A174, 440, 151, 165, 521, C54, A200 and A63 will be diverted from 12.10 pm.

The revised route will be via Dadar TT, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Butkar Marg, Marathi Granthalaya Marg, Cross Road, Rafi Kidwai Road and Madhav Nagar, after which buses will resume their regular routes.
