BEST double-decker bus crashes into taxi while entering Colaba depot

In yet another case of rash driving by a BEST bus, an AC double-decker bus dashed into a taxi while entering the Colaba bus depot last night. Though there have been no injuries, the cab has been damaged extensively, and the double-decker bus has also taken the impact.

Sources said during the late nighttime, most of the buses entering the Colaba depot are driven rashly, leading to close misses and such incidents frequently.

Immediately after the crash, people had to push the cab away as it completely broke down, and BEST employees were seen arguing and trying to intimidate the cabbie.

Cab driver Sohit Kumar said his cab has been damaged significantly and asked who would pay for his losses.
