I am a senior citizen residing in Agarbazar. To purchase groceries, wee have to go to Sahakari bazaar.
There is neither a slope nor supporting road to get to the footpath from the road. A few feet away there is a slope for cars to go towards the paid parking. We senior citizens will be very grateful if BMC builds a slope or fixes a supporting rod on one side. This area comes under G North. Hoping something will be done.

The Wadala East skywalk is in complete darkness once again since the last two weeks. After a mid-day report in August 2026, the lights were switched on for a few days and now it's back in darkness. I had tagged a complaint on the âMy BMC Marg' app on 22.09.26 and they sent a âcomplaint resolved' response providing a photo of 18.08.2026! It's only with continuous pressure by mid-day on the FN Ward Office that issues get highlighted.

This is a problem throughout the city. When roads, footpaths, underground work is carried out by contractors hired by the BMC, it is done in a very shoddy manner, without levelling the area properly. This causes inconvenience to the public, which can cause them to fall, injuring them. The BMC should inspect the area to verify whether the work contracted has been properly done in the general interest of the public at large. A part of the contracted amount should be held as Retention Money and should be released only after verification of the work done.

Our building gutter line connecting to a manhole on the road is broken, and dirty water is overflowing into our compound. It was broken during construction of a footpath outside our building. We have been complaining since February but no action has been taken. This is at Lila Lahar, NS First Road. JVPD. And comes under BMC K west ward.
