Dadar flower market was thronged by people to buy marigolds and torans ahead of Dussehra festival on Tuesday.

The Mumbai Police has been making security arrangements ahead of the Dussehra rallies of Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde factions at Shivaji Park and MMRDA grounds at BKC on October 5.

To celebrate the festival of Vijayadashami, Mumbaikars were seen visiting the Dadar market 

According to a traffic notification, huge numbers of people will be visiting from different parts of Maharashtra and many would be travelling with their vehicles for the Dussehra rallies. Traffic congestion is expected at Western Express Highway and Eastern Express Highway. Traffic police officials were spotted at Dadar TT circle ahead of the Dussehra rallies in the city.
