The Indian Air Force (IAF) celebrated its 93rd anniversary on Wednesday with a unique culinary tribute, featuring a menu inspired by the terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK) that that were hit by India on May 7 during Operation Sindoor.
Retired Lt Gen KJS Dhillon shared a glimpse of the menu on social media, highlighting the IAF's celebration under the theme "Infallible, Impervious and Precise."
The menu included dishes named after sites of terrorist training camps, such as Rawalpindi Chicken Tikka Masala, Balakot Tiramisu, Bahawalpur Naan, Markaz Taiba Muridke Mewa Pulao, Syedna Bilal Rafiqui Rhara Mutton, Gulpur Kofta, and Shawai Nala Sabzi, among others. These locations housed the terror camps operated by the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and Hizbul Mujahideen (HuM).

The Indian Air Force's (IAF) execution of Operation Sindoor has demonstrated to the world how air power can be effectively used to shape military outcomes in just a few days, Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, said on Wednesday.
The Air Chief Marshal also lauded his IAF's "bold and precise" attacks on enemy targets during the operation which restored the rightful place of offensive air action in the national consciousness.
He was addressing air warriors on the occasion of the 93rd Air Force Day at the Hindon air base on Wednesday.
The Indian Air Force (IAF) was officially established on October 8, 1932.
The Air Chief Marshal also awarded citations to a number of IAF units, including a Rafale squadron, for their stellar performances during the operation.
Hailing the success of Operation Sindoor on Air Force Day 2025, he called upon the air warriors to "remain prepared" for future security challenges, emphasising that the IAF's planning must be "innovative, practical and adaptive", and its training must be based on the principle of "train like we fight".
"Our performance in Operation Sindoor fills us with professional pride. We proved to the world how air power can be effectively used in shaping military outcomes in just a few days," he said.
