Six people were rescued after a fire broke out in a multi-storey residential building in Mukherjee Nagar in northwest Delhi. The fire broke out on Sunday night behind the Batra Cinema in Rana Nagar, a Delhi Fire Services (DFS) official said. A call regarding the fire was received at 9.43 pm, following which multiple fire tenders were rushed to the spot, the official said.
