In the IPL 2026 match against Mumbai Indians (MI), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) emerged victorious by six wickets at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

During the match, SRH's explosive opening batsman Travis Head delivered an instrumental knock of 76 runs. Facing just 30 deliveries, the left-handed batsman smashed four boundaries and eight smoking maximums.

Reflecting on his knock, he said that it is a good space to be in and also feels that if a batsman manages to secure victories in two or three matches all by himself, he can then help his team win more matches.

"It's nice to contribute. Two wins on the road are obviously really important as well. It's not often you win five games in a row in the IPL. So, we're in a good space. It's a hard competition to be in. When it's your night, it's your night. You're not expected to score runs every game and win games every time. If you can win two or three games in this competition by yourself, you go a long way towards getting seven to eight wins and playing in the Playoffs," he said on JioHotstar.

He also reserved special praise for his teammates after the win over the "Paltan".

"Abhi (Abhishek Sharma) has done that a couple of times, Ishan and Klaasen have been incredible, and our bowlers have been good," added Head.
