The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated Gujarat Titans (GT) by five wickets in the IPL 2026 final match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With this, the Rajat Patidar-led men successfully defended their title.

Rajasthan Royals' (RR) Vaibhav Sooryavanshi won the "Orange Cap" in the tournament. Having played 16 matches, the swashbuckling left-handed batsman accumulated 776 runs. Gujarat Titans' (GT) skipper Shubman Gill (732 runs) and Sai Sudharsan (722 runs) finished in the second and third place, respectively. Sunrisers Hyderabad's (SRH) Heinrich Klaasen and Ishan Kishan also concluded the tournament in fourth and fifth place, respectively. Klaasen smashed 624 runs, and Kishan scored 602 runs.
Most wickets
GT's pacer Kagiso Rabada will walk off with the "Purple Cap" of the tournament. In 17 matches, he claimed 29 wickets. RCB's Bhuvneshwar Kumar finished in the second place with 28 wickets, followed by RR's Jofra Archer (25 wickets) and GT's Rashid Khan (21 wickets). Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) Anshul Kamboj signed off the tournament with 21 wickets.
Highest scores
Delhi Capitals' (DC) KL Rahul registered the highest score in the tournament, which was an unbeaten 152 runs. SRH's Abhishek Sharma (unbeaten 135 runs) and Mumbai Indians' (MI) Ryan Rickelton (unbeaten 123 runs) are in second and third place, respectively. CSK's Sanju Samson's top knock was an unbeaten 115 runs, and MI's Quinton de Kock also smashed an unbeaten 112 runs in one of the matches.
Most Hundreds
Chennai's Sanju Samson will be the player with the most centuries in the IPL 2026. In 14 matches, he smashed two centuries. SRH's Abhishek Sharma, Punjab Kings' (PBKS) Cooper Connolly, Kolkata Knight Riders' (KKR) Finn Allen, DC's KL Rahul, Lucknow Super Giants' (LSG) Mitchell Marsh, MI's Quinton de Kock and others registered one century each.
Most fifties
Sai Sudharsan registered eight half-centuries in 17 matches. RR's Dhruv Jurel, SRH's Heinrich Klaasen, Ishan Kishan, Punjab Kings' (PBKS) Prabhsimran Singh, and GT's skipper Shubman Gill smashed six half-centuries each.
