Later, star batsman Angkrish Raghuvanshi played a crucial knock of 71 runs off 46 deliveries, laced with seven boundaries and three maximums. Shouldering him was Rinku Singh, who scored an unbeaten 48 runs in 29 balls, including three boundaries and two maximums. Bengaluru's lead pacer Josh Hazlewood, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Rasikh Salam bagged one wicket each. Completing their quotas of four overs each, Hazlewood and Rasikh conceded 35 runs each.
