Arsenal and Barcelona's French legend Thierry Henry showed off his incredible physique at the age of 48 in his latest Instagram post.

Henry, who retired in 2014, shared this picture on Instagram, which garnered nearly six lakh ‘likes.' He captioned the post: "One hour [gym] session with my partner in crime [girlfriend Andrea Rajacic] and a 10 kg vest on. Work hard, eat well, no sugar!"
