Chess: Russia's Kasparov leads vs India's Anand in exhibition match

India's Viswanathan Anand let slip some crucial chances against old nemesis Garry Kasparov as the Russian great stretched his lead to five points with two wins and two draws on the penultimate day of their Clutch Chess Legends match here.

Kasparov was lucky to clinch the first game as Anand ran out of time despite being in a winning position. Kasparov leads 8.5-3.5 going in to the final day.
